EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 04
REVISION OF THE CURRENT PAY POLICY AND GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, under Section 1, Chapter 1. Powers and Functions of the Commission, the Habbo Malacañang shall mean the power to: formulate policies and issue a policy on manual setting out of rules and regulations for an effective organization;
WHEREAS, the present policies and guidelines set by the Department of Finance (DOF) is outdated and therefore considered to be ineffective with the current setting and state of the Habbo Malacañang;
WHEREAS, Section 1, Chapter 1 of the Malacañang Code of Justice authorizes the President of the Habbo Malacañang, upon the recommendation of the Department of Finance, to improve, update, or modify existing pay policies and guidelines;
WHEREAS, the pay policy and guidelines are seen for possible improvements in terms of its specificity and in addressing reasonable concerns;
WHEREAS, the Office of the President recommends the modification of the pay policy and guidelines that covers all the Habbo Malacañang employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, -=Gmgodwin=-, President of the Habbo Malacañang, by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:
SECTION 1. Work Days and Pay Times. The work at Habbo Malacañang shall be from Tuesday to Saturday that is composed of 4 paytimes: 12 PM, 3 PM, 7 PM, 11 PM (GMT +8)
SECTION 2. Early Worker. Early Work is only allowed for 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM pay time and is subjected to the following requirements:
2.1 Early workers are required to fill work stations for 1 hour and 30 minutes;
2.2 The employee must submit two screenshots in the #early-workers channel of the Habbo Malacañang Discord Server, time in and time out respectively;
2.3 Screenshots should contain the following information:
2.3.1 An employee filling a workstation;
2.3.2 Chat history and Timestamp; and
2.3.3 Chat bubble that says “TIME IN” or “TIME OUT”;
2.4 An employee must request for pay badge once done with their duty; and
2.5 early workers are expected to come back to the base few minutes before the pay starts.
SECTION 3. Pay Requirements. Complying to the pay requirement is required for 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM pay times. It can still be done during other pay times if the employee wasn’t able to do early work.
3.1 Pay requirements starts at exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes before the pay time;
3.2 Employees should be filling a station before the pay requirement starts;
3.3 A 5-minute grace period will be given before the monitor locks the list of eligible employees;
3.4 Those who will come in late are not eligible to receive pay;
3.5 Request for pay badge 15 minutes before the pay starts and will only be accepted 10 minutes before the pay; and
3.6 Failure to request the pay badge shall render the employee to wait for the line to come to an end before collecting their pay;
SECTION 4. Generals Rules for Pay. The General Rules for Pay are strictly to be implemented and followed:
4.1 Employees are given a maximum of 15 minutes to Fill the Back while on their duty. As much as possible, allow the monitor to acknowledge your intention before going to AFK;
4.2 Failure to come back after 15 minutes shall automatically void the time in or duty;
4.3 Idling while in station is strictly prohibited. Idling for 2 minutes will result into a warning and being bopped back to the FTB;
4.4 Failure to come back within 13 minutes after receiving a warning will void the time in or the duty;
4.5 Employees are expected to Clear the Hall (CTH) until the payer calls for the start of the Pay line;
4.6 Employees must avoid idling while lined up for pay; and
4.7 The payer will only stay for 10 minutes. Failure to claim on time means forfeiture of pay.
Section 5. Exemptions for Reasonable Concerns. Due to some possible unforeseen circumstances to happen, the following procedures serves as a guide to be exempted given that there is a reasonable concerns and reasons:
5.1 Difficulty to log in due to technical reasons shall be needing a screen as proof of attempt to log in that includes the current device’s time;
5.2 Technical reasons are only to be considered if the attempt is made before the Pay Requirements or before the pay has started;
5.3 Alternative account is only allowed if the main account is experiencing any error and must acknowledge the monitor regarding this concern immediately;
5.4 Coming of late due to other reasons must provide screenshot of an attempt while including the current device’s time; and
5.5 Asking for someone to collect the pay for you is only allowed if you are within the premises of the base and has informed the assistant of the payer ahead of time.
SECTION 6. Repeal. All other issuances, administrative rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
SECTION 7. Separability. If any provisions of this Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain valid and subsisting.
SECTION 8. Effectivity. This order shall take effect immediately after its publication in the Habbo Malacañang Discord Server or in the #Executive-Order channel, and shall be applicable until the time being.
